They think they are entitled to anything they want and feel things need to change or cater to exactly how they want it even if it affects others, its just the world we live in today![]()
(Most companies are bending over for them anyway so SE is no different)

Feel free to spend all that unlimited time of yours to get the know-how and build up a start-up company on your own that caters to nobody but people with unlimited time.
But I wager doing so would make the time a lot more limited and you'd *gasp* become a casual with limited time yourself. And you'd be unable to play your own games.
I don't have unlimited time, I go to college, work a full time job and have other responsibilities. But I don't throw around that I have limited time so the game shouldn't grow just because I can't be on all hours of the day. If the game offered features that I couldn't do or wouldn't have time for thats my own issue maybe id try it but if I couldn't then oh well I will wait until I can.
And that's the issue. Why even make a feature most of your playerbase and potential playerbase couldn't do and veil that as "growing the game"?
You say "that's your own issue", but the gaming market has realized that's not just your issue, but the issue of millions over millions of people as well and consequently decided to address that issue in their design. That's what you call "bending over for them". And that's what turned gaming from a niché activity of kids into a mainstream phenomenon and a great market.
No, it turned it into a "I WANT IT NOW MARKET". People are never satisfied with anything because games have no substance anymore. They are zerg fests to keep the attention of people for 6 seconds and then move on to the next BIG THING. Im not saying the game can't have limited time content, because it is nice to have some things done quickly. Things like dungeons and other instance content should have some added substance that makes it worthwhile, not even difficulty like mess up one mechanic and wipe but AI should be a bit smarter and add to the dungeon in some way.
Because this is a MMO purposefully designed for those who have limited time in their daily lives who enjoy playing a multiplayer RPG? The amount of people who seem unable to comprehend this despite how many times even the director himself has explained this is amazing....
The game already offers features that one may or may not be able to do in their span of free time to play, the dungeons that which exist to provide progress at a daily interval will never be one of those. That is your bare minimum content offered for someone to play so they may keep relevant with gear when they want to do higher tier content.
Yeah, more higher tier content would be good; doing so by taking away from the base content would be stupid. You're just trading the satisfaction of one group for another, and who do you really think is the larger group?
