Terms of Service. The thing you agree to in order to play the game. The thing that says, but not limited to, SE can terminate your account for any reason they so wish, should they deem it.

Also, no, spoiling anything, even story for current patches, let alone other games, is not a breach in ToS. You don't have to agree with it; that is simply the truth of the matter.
