I havent had this problem yet but is it away to just have one slightly having a better gear level than the other so you can still glam them. Cause Im not really tryin to share the same clothes for my scholar whm , or pali and drk?

I mean.
You could do that, but it's going to gimp your stats a bit, and that's not really worth it in my opinion. I'm a man of statistics first and aesthetics next.
It would be way better to have the ability to have glamour be divorced from the job you're using rather than having to force-gimp yourself (or spend a relative fortune on glamour prisms whenever you switch jobs).
so for instance lets say you have 250 gear on ur whm, woudl it be a huge difference if u put just 240 gear on ur scholar so that they could wear diff aesthetics, are with the current gear level 270 on whm and 250 on scholar would it make one that much worse than the other?I mean.

I'll openly admit that I don't know how much of a difference it is precisely. But I'd be against willingly gimping yourself just so you could have two different aesthetic options...so for instance lets say you have 250 gear on ur whm, woudl it be a huge difference if u put just 240 gear on ur scholar so that they could wear diff aesthetics, are with the current gear level 270 on whm and 250 on scholar would it make one that much worse than the other?
Which is why I'm in support for adding in a not-so-expensive way to have different glamours per job.
I dono I might have to do so wearing the same gear will throw off my roleplay , I notice this feature first when I bought a chest peice of my blm and realized that my summour had to wear the samething thing. Im willin to put better gear on my main jobs , to avoid this issueI'll openly admit that I don't know how much of a difference it is precisely. What exactly would be a better system? Spending a flat gil amount to glamour?
They're not going to let you glamour for free if that's what you are wanting. This system is fine as it is.
