Info about the Chinese Cash Shop "Level Jumping Potions"

Sorry but a leveling potion isn't P2W, you don't gain any benefits over a player who reached lv 60 without it other than time. So it's weird to throw that logic around as if somehow using these potions gives the player an advantage over other players.

Sorry but... how IS THIS not pay to win?
