You didn't stick to the topic either. Instead of showing your support for the Viera you went off-topic and posted something completely different from what the topic wants you to post.
I guess no one is perfect. =/

Maybe you should make a new thread with the topic about how people should stick to the topic and the topic alone when posting.

Hmm... You were supporting the rules about how posts should stay on topic.
Down the line that supports a thread with the topic on supporting Viera.
And further down the line by making people only post good things about the Viera it is supporting the topic.

But you yourself didn't support the Viera directly, as the topic say you should.
So in the end you didn't stay on topic.
But don't feel bad. No one's perfect. We still love you. ♥

Under a topic saying show your support and literally suggesting that you make your own thread if you don't want Viera? Yeah, I think you understand *perfectly* how these threads go.

Attempting to shut people down again because you dislike their opinions.. this is new and exciting. Regardless what the OP requested, a topic posted in "General Discussion" is free to be openly discussed, whether for or against the OP's vision, whether it be a welcomed or unwelcome thought. You; nor the OP, get to decide if people against the idea get to post in the thread. Deal with it.

Yes indeed on a smarter note, if you paid any attention; which clearly you haven't, I'm not speaking out against Viera... only said that we don't need them in 4.0. Add them when it better makes sense along with ANY new race. We don't need another 2.0 story of the Domans "We showed up here because our country blah blah blah."

Add another race when we get further from Eorzea.. not when we're going to the neighboring country.

^^^^^ That's a very good point. I wish more people thought of that instead of trying to make SE pump out new races.
And there's never going to be a 100% support thread without naysayers. That's just how people work. Even if OP made the most safe place'iest title, there will still be people who hate the idea commenting on how stupid it is. /shrug just ignore it and move on.
