Burmecians come from Burmecia which is nothing but the city of eternal rain in Final Fantasy IX, eternal rain cannot exist in the desert easily and what you may refer to as Burmecians living in the desert are no more than the ones that fled their country because of war!...

And? Fled from war or not they're still Burmecians. And they still live in Cleyra without rain, i don't see where you're trying to get with this.

"Burmecians" are not a pretty race and I wouldn't want to play them

Yes because Roe are the most attractive race in FFXIV and yet they're there and people play them.

Also if you think Miqote are pretty by default you're nuts, you realize that races are ADAPTED to fit the audience, otherwise Miqote would just be a Humanoid with a lot of fur, tail and cat ears.

Instead they're humans with cats ears and tails, the same way they adapted Miqote they can adapt Burmecian.

Viera are the way to go, there are even two clans for them already, the Elezen-tall ones and the short & cute ones!...

There's a lot of people who disagree, i'm one of them.

There's already a lot of "pretty" races in the game, why do you need another one?
