I don't find it offensive in the least (I love ecchi!), but if you are going to say "ew" about the human body, when referring to something males naturally have and is already in the game on highlanders, again, it seems silly when you model your character after this lol. That was one of the most tame pics I could find that was sent to me :P

My friend has tons of body pillows. figures etc from this show..and all of it looks quite ecchi like, and the fact that again, I keep getting requested from fans to make her costume, that is what they all tell me.

I'd post his collection but I don't think he wants me to post his personal pic on a forum for people I don't know to prove a point that when liking a large chested, sexy character that saying "ew" towards male nipples is hypocritical. So yea, this galaxy..w.

I'm hoping that 4.0 will announce a complete revamp of the character customisation system so if that turns out to be true than something like this could be included...so long as it's done tastefully, of course.

FFXII, FFXIII and Kingslaive had shirtless scenes for male characters with nipples on display so...I don't think FFXIV should be censored in that regard.

I never played 1.0 myself though there's a definite difference in the character models between then and now. The current ones aren't terrible but they're in dire need of more options...and not just the new hairstyles we get every patch. Every race needs more facial options, a muscle slider and more tattoo/scar options. In addition to that a broader range of facial features (eyes, jawlines, noses, etc) will allow more people to create unique looking characters. I'd consider playing a male Highlander if they had younger, more classically handsome facial options and...the ability to give them real eyebrows rather than 'face paint eyebrows'.

A male Au Ra, too, would be an option for me if the horn styles weren't locked to specific faces.

Yes, 100% agreed! Have my fingers crossed that they are going to do this in 4.0. We are in dire need of all of these options.
