Aye, I'm in the EU.... There's one thing that dawned on me though; Miqo'te are actually midgets. Their breasts look bigger because of how small they actually are. I thought my Miqo'te was taller than she was, but upon converting height to UK standards this is what I got;

Shortest: 149.7cm = 4ft 9cm
Tallest: 162.2cm = 5ft 3cm

Taking this into consideration, Miqo'te are probably ranged between AA to CC, from lowest to highest chest size. If we're to take anatomy into consideration, and not an abnormality in growth.

Indeed. The easiest way to solve this argument is to take any sizes in the game and convert them into the perspective of Asian culture, anatomy and sizes. So a Miqo'te is pretty much the generic size of an adult, Japanese female.

A quick Google of this years height statistics for Japan shows that, on average men and women are this height;
Men: 172 cm (5 ft 7 1/2inches)
Women: 158 cm (5 ft 2inches)

This would make Miqo'te roughly the same average height of a Japanese woman. I couldn't find a good statistic on the average size of a Japanese woman's breasts though, one that's Government run that is. There was a health blog though that had this to say on the average breast size: "Japanese women come in between a B and C (US A or B). The survey notes certain parts of Japan have unusual concentrations of D and E-average women (US C or D)"

In UK terms this would come out as;
US A = UK B
US B = UK C
US C = UK D
US D = UK DD

So, from what above says, that's pretty much what Miqo'te sizes convert to in UK and US terms.
