All I was saying was just because something has yet to be announced doesn't mean it's automatically not going to happen or not be announced down the road. There are still two more Fan Fests (December and February). More stuff will be announced about 4.0 then, as I believe was said during the Vegas fan fest. I'm not trying to say "This will happen! They will announce it!" Just that it's a possibility. And this isn't limited to body sliders, but any new content that could be added in 4.0. I don't know if it's intentional, but you're coming off as unnecessarily hostile about this.
Editting this post since I've reached my post limit (seriously forums, seriously?). Hopefully you'll see this response.
We can all voice our opinions and our thoughts and concerns without being overly hostile about them. In the end, being hostile about opinions in a debate does nothing other than to decrease your (general 'your' here) argument's merits, and it will make people less receptive and less respective of your opinions. But, we're all human, and some times we can get heated when discussing things we feel passionately about. I am guilty of this as well, and I can be quite a hothead sometimes, but I try to not be hostile when voicing my opinions.
About the body sliders debate, what I am listing is only my opinion, and I am not intending to speak for others. These are just my thoughts and my observations based on what I have read on this subject off-and-on. Me, personally, I wouldn't mind if they added butt sliders. I don't find anything overtly sexual about asking for my character to have a natural-looking behind and curves, rather than the pancake butt she has now. As humans, we all have butts, and they're all of different sizes and shapes. Whether people view butts as overtly sexual is their own opinion, but asking for a more natural butt, or to have a slider option for butts, I don't think is overtly sexual. Bulge sliders...eh, I don't really want to get in on that one. Boob physics actually already exist in this game, and I think it adds to the feeling of naturalness, really. I would find it more unnatural to see a character with max chest size run and them remain stiff, but that's me.
I don't think a lot of us that want body sliders are asking for it because we want to over-sexualize our characters (though I'm sure there are some out there that want them for that very reason, and well, different folks, different strokes.). I love FFXIV, and I would love it more if my character could look a little more natural (well, as natural as a kitty person can look XD). To me, that would be having more curves, and not just being top-heavy. I don't want her to have a larger butt so I can perv on my character. I just want a little more naturalness to her figure. That's all. :3
The unfortunately reality of life is that people will always find something to complain about, or disagree about, or be disgusted about. And it's unfortunate things have to be that way, but there isn't much we can do. People that dress their characters provocatively may be bothersome, but I do my best to just ignore them, and do my own thing. Me, sometimes I like glamouring my character in the Coliseum/Taffeta shawl because she looks good in it. I'm not trying to overly sexualize her. I just like her in the glamour. X3

There's a reason I'm coming off as hostile - I have a group of people that finds the over sexualization that is happening within the game to be a detracting and enjoyment killing situation that needs to be voiced.
There isn't a WEEK that doesn't go by that I have to face the reality people want to leave because a certain group of people want to run around as sexually provocative as they can. On one hand - YES - you have the right to enjoy the game the way you would like, the problem lies in upsetting people that consider package sliders and jiggle physics to be absolutley disgusting =(

Then these people need to grow up and out of puberty if they find anything in this game detracting and even more dumb if it kills their enjoyment, not to mention there really isn't any over sexualization, that is usually an excuse people use to find stuff to complain bout, as this game is very tame
Yea, sounds like a bunch of small kids playing the games, or radical feminists, and they complain about everything. tell them, they may need to stick to games that have the kids and everyone sticker, like pokemon and mario. There isn't a WEEK that doesn't go by that I have to face the reality people want to leave because a certain group of people want to run around as sexually provocative as they can. They're working professionals - Christians - People with small chidren and morally conscience individuals that have the RIGHT to enjoy this game without people like you telling them to grow up and get over it.
They contribute to this game the very same way you and everyone else does and should have the expectations that their experiences aren't muddied by people who want to run around like a flashing free sex board..

You heard it here first folks - if you think there nothing wrong with varying body types, you're an unconscionable menace to society.
I was going to ask for a source on your claim about EME and TERA, and to ask what in the world gives you the idea that SWTOR is in the least bit over-sexualized, but after this post, I really don't need to.

..you really wanna pull the 'christian' card into this? You're refering to a game that openly uses black magic *gasp* and yet said christian gets offended over the request for a simply more natural female form? Your arguement of oversexuality was laughable before...but now you've shot it dead center in the foot with that nonsense.
Please don't lump all of us Christians into your argument. Most of us really don't care. We play a game where we have to choose a guardian deity before we make our character and use magic as a regular means of teleportation. Paganism is rampant in Eorzea. If this really bothers you that much then I suggest creating a community of friends to do stuff together and stay in your FC house so you don't have to run into potentially offensive people.
On topic, I think bodies are fine.
