    Because you can't have it both ways. If SE takes a firm stance against third party software then they have to go after dps meter users too. That means ffxivlogs (that advocates the use of tps aginst the Eula would need to be slapped with an injunction and taken down) with a list of potential tps users that would then need to be investigated and banned. They can't be lax in one category and then strong in another. Just like Nintendo, they can't ignore even one instance. Because if it came to a lawsuit and you can prove that SE just targeted you instead of all tps users by referencing ffxivlogs or something the judge is going to side with you. And if they do decide to take that stance that means they have to hire on more people to monitor it. That means more funds. This is why it took so long for the division to deal with its hacker problem. Once a company commits, they have to be all in. So with such a small number of pvpers do you think yoshi could justify this "hard stance" to SE?
