How Can I Play Like This?

I saw this video and don't understand how to play my black mage like this. He just moves so fast, he didn't even have to sprint. Is there an ability I don't know about that can make me move twice as fast as anyone else?

The video was removed, but I am guessing it was someone using bolter from the replies. I really wish SE would take speed hacking reports more seriously. It is not fun getting chased by a melee dps running faster than you when you have sprint up :/. Don't know why people feel the need to cheat in our small community, we have to stick together to grow it more.

Because they want the rewards and lack the skill to get them legitimately?
Because they don't enjoy PvP unless they win?
Because it's easy, convenient and frequently goes unpunished, so there's nothing stopping them if either or both of the prior two are true?

Ya know there's a SMN I've seen doing that on Aether, too. It's crazy how skilled you get at the game from so much practice and experience, you even start moving faster...

I've seen something like that caused by lagging.
Acutally he's running in normal speed, the lagging makes that looks faster.

And I want that speed hack lol
