It takes a fixed party doing the entirety of 51-100 to even access floors 101+, which is 3-4 hours set up time before you even get to the savage content that you are wanting to do. This isn't even the hard content, this is just arbitrary gating.

Fixed parties are fine, it is hard content (which nobody has asked to nerf), preparation and synergy are important for difficult content, but the 3-4 hour gate every time you want to enter these floors is too much.
