    Your graphics card is bad, like insanely bad. The best thing you can do is to lower all the ingame settings possible, specifically your resolution. Is this a laptop or a desktop? Regardless of whichever it is, your gpu might be overheating from dust and you should clean out your pc.

    so.. nothing I can do outside of ffxiv? like computer settings or stuff like that? (Thanks btw for all the suggestions n help guys!)

    Check your windows power settings and make sure its on high performance and not efficient or power saving.

    If you're on windows 10 you need to check and make sure your gameDVR is disabled.

    Switching to directx 9 from dx11 in your game launcher might help as well if its possible.
