Solution that worked for me.
PS4 -settings -> network > set up internet connection > choose LAN/WIFI connection > choose custom > IP automatic > DHCP Auto > DNS: custom: Primary: 8.8.8.8; secondary: 8.8.4.4 > MTU: Manual, set to 1470 > no proxy Server > Test connection.

My issue is past that. When I try to download the patch after logging in It hits a point then kicks me out with a similar message that the rest of you got.
Same issue I had, try the solution I posted.
