    U can use ur phone as a mobile hotspot and share ur 4G as wifi to any device, including PS4. This was my Guess bc for some ppl worked turning off wifi, but for me it didn't work.

    This will work if your ISP is refusing to acknowledge the FFXIV update. Old 3G works to.
