The anima weapon progression, if I recall, has been:

170->180->200->210->230->240

It alternates between 10 and 20 iLvl jumps, and the next step in the pattern is a 20. Zo we should get i260 tomorrow, i270 for 3.5, and likely i275 from 3.55 if we go off of the Zodiac progression.

Non-raiders who kept up with A12N are close to getting enough gears for the stone for the tome weapon which is 260 anyways.

They invalidated the horde weapons from the start of 3.3 with the reconditioned anima. It's going to be 260 or 265. 3.55 will be the victory lap to 275 to match the Alexandrian Weapons, just like Zodiac Zeta in 2.55.

A lot has changed since then, Gordias Savage happened and removed a lot of incentive to raid because the 210 anima step matched the A4S weapon. Since then they made it a point that the raid weapon will be the strongest of the tier. There was no i245 anima, you had to get the weapon from A8S.
