Your take on Alts

I never got the point of anyone ever wanting to start over, honestly. I get it, you're bored and leveled everything but why do it over? It makes no sense. I'd rather keep continuing on my hours upon hours on one character, tbh. I will always have one character. You also can be any class on one character so I think alts are pretty worthless.

I started all mine at the same time so , I'm not even at endgame, but I've stated reasons, a big one is their are several different races. For me I have an attachment to my characters I couldn't just fantasia them. You also have different genders, I'm a male but like a lot of guys I make female characters because they are hot, but at the same time I want a male character also and I have one. And I don't really feel like the game does a well enough job connecting each job together it seems so separate. Like your doing all of this stuff on one character and nobody knows it but you. I rather have a magic character, a warrior type, etc like the animations of a monk for instance to me don't really fit with my whm, so Id let my guy character be a monk, its just looking deeper into the game. I get many people don't care but I'm one of the ones who do and I don't figure I'm alone in this like I thought.

Easy enough, just create an FC that all of your alts can join, and use the Company Chest to transfer equipment and gil back and forth. From a gil perspective that is actually more convenient because all of your characters can share the same bank. You can use LS' for end game events and co-ordination.

You'll need help to initially create your FC, but that shouldn't be to hard with a couple of helpful people.
