It's a backbone provider issue. Even if you don't know what that means, it's not a problem SE can fix.I call bs on it being an ISP issue I just logged in to two different games (Neverwinter on PS4 and Diablo 3 {both PS4 and PC}) No problems. It has to be on SE's end and they aren't doing anything to resolve the issue or if they are they aren't saying jack to the customers (which is no good considering keeping your customers happy is Customer Service 101). In fact if the issue goes on for more that 24 hrs there should be some sort of compensation to those that SE basically stole money from. Be it a reduction of the subscription fee on the next month's bill or even some in-game items would be good. Either way SE has a major Customer Relations Problem as of now.

There have been others in this thread pointing out what the problem is. Pointing finger at SE is useless for this issue.
