    It looks like a routing issue, and most likely problems with the segments handled by Level3, as others have pointed out.
    This affects nodes such as Aether and Primal, where Excalibur is based - I just checked because my main's there, too, and being from Italy I can confirm that the path from Europe to those servers is on the fritz for us, too.

    Thank you for responding, I had read some of that in another thread, I'm just baffled we still haven't heard anything yet, it's been more than 7+ hours for me now. Hopefully they are aware and working on it and we can get back on soon. Morning crowd in the U.S. will be up and ready soon if they aren't already as well.

    I can get to my character screen no issue whatsoever, just getting the error codes after 15 seconds of trying to log in, and it goes back and forth as far as it saying Excellent or Poor connection to the server. Like I stated, I've only been playing for a few months, but I've never had any issues like this one.
