Can't Connect to Primal Excalibur (been 6 hours)...

Or any other world for that matter. This is my prime playing time at the moment because I am out of work with an injury, and I was in a group running PotD before I got kicked. Why hasn't there been any announcement on the issue, or at least some statement about your company being aware of it and are trying to fix it. I just started playing a few months ago and have never had any issues like this, but this is not what I spend 15$ a month on. I'm perfectly okay with there being a problem, but we need a response of some kind to let us know someone is aware of this at least. Thank you.

Error messages I have gotten, mainly 90002, but now some 10105 messages as well, can't even log in and then get booted. I can get to my character screen just fine, but when I try logging in it goes to load screen and then connection issue of some kind after about 15 seconds. Also, it says excellent connection to server now, but six,five,four hours ago it was saying poor. Hopefully any of that is helpful.

Edit: After two more attempts, it says poor connection again.

I am in the same situation unable to get on for several hours now. Sometimes it will allow me to get to the character selection screen but than goes to 2002 error. I would be very nice if they acknowledge there is even an issue.

I'm getting the same error 2002 at the start game screen. been about 4 and half hours now since I've been trying to log in. I am baffled no one from SE has announce a maint. or even respond to the problem as of yet.

It looks like a routing issue, and most likely problems with the segments handled by Level3, as others have pointed out.
This affects nodes such as Aether and Primal, where Excalibur is based - I just checked because my main's there, too, and being from Italy I can confirm that the path from Europe to those servers is on the fritz for us, too.

Thank you for responding, I had read some of that in another thread, I'm just baffled we still haven't heard anything yet, it's been more than 7+ hours for me now. Hopefully they are aware and working on it and we can get back on soon. Morning crowd in the U.S. will be up and ready soon if they aren't already as well.

I can get to my character screen no issue whatsoever, just getting the error codes after 15 seconds of trying to log in, and it goes back and forth as far as it saying Excellent or Poor connection to the server. Like I stated, I've only been playing for a few months, but I've never had any issues like this one.

Been having the exact same problem since today morning. I was playing just fine yesterday night. My server is Zalera, it is from Aether as well.
Good luck too, let's hope this fixes fast.

Update (1): Just tested two servers, Cactuar that is in Aether node and a japanese server called Anima in the Mana Node, the japanese one works just fine, Cactuar has the same problem that Zalera has, seems to be a problem with Aether indeed.
