So I sent an email directly to square Enix support about the merchandise issue, and the only thing I got from it was "thank you for your comment, we have forwarded it to our superiors" ...

Not sure if that's a more direct way of getting our message across or not, compared to the forums... Not sure how many comments they need before they decide to do anything.

From what I can tell, they never did anything post fanfest last time about the issues they had?
