    Fanfest Item code already redeemed?

    So as it always seems to happen with mass produced event item codes, my Fanfest stream code I was given upon paying for the stream is coming up as "The Entered code has already been registered" when I try to claim it.

    I am guessing I need to contact SE support on the matter? I know we only get the tokens for the items but still kind of frustrating =/

    Unfortunately I've encountered the same issue. I submitted an email to SE with my ticket number and the code in question but have yet to hear back from them. I expect it to take a few days at least to even receive a response so I'll be sending an email out to Cleeng as well.

    Curious, did you purchase your live stream ticket last minute? I had done so about ten minutes prior to the stream starting. Everyone else I knew had purchased theirs earlier on and haven't experienced any problems with redeeming their code.

    I have a similar problem. I purchased mine right before things started too. And the code says that it has already been used. I assumed that it was a problem with Cleeng having sent me a bad code somehow, so i emailed them on Friday, and beyond the standard "we will look into this" reply, have not heard anything since from them.

    I am not really sure what I should do here, but I am getting kind of nervous. The items were not the only reason I got the stream, but I do think I should get everything I paid $29.99 for.

    I got a reply from SE support via email this morning. They state they cannot assist with this issue, for whatever unknown reason, via email and to call their support line about it. I figured I'd reply here to let others with the same dilemma know about it.

    Edit: As of today 10/21 SE emailed me a new item code much sooner than I expected. I hope that others who've experienced this are able to receive theirs just as quickly.

    I received an email asking for additional information on 10/21, so I sent a reply. On 10/25 I received a generic message saying: "Thank you for contacting SQUARE ENIX support,

    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It will be forwarded to the appropriate party. Thank you for taking the time to contact us today and we look forward to your opinions of our upcoming titles.

    Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center."

    Not real sure what is going on.
