Just had an amaaaazing Dzemael Darkhold run.
First two minutes or so and everything go pretty smooth, and even though I'm (SCH) a little bit undergeared I can throw some damage in, too. Well, that is until we reach the first blue circle next to the opional room. So, normally you pull the mobs that are standing around and proceed to stand next to the crystals, right?
Well, our tank thought otherwise, pulling the mobs and continue to stand in the blue circle. After the door to the room opens, he gets in there and pulls the other mobs. No biggie, Eos and I should be able to heal through that.
Tank continues to do the same "standing in blue circle instead of near crystals"-thing until we reach the first boss, which we killed rather quickly.
After that, he does that one thing I absolutely hate: Pulling all the trash mobs in the beginning of the second part of the dungeon, you know, the one with the froggos and ghosts and stuff. I spam-heal as fast as I can, tank loses aggro to the other DPS, it's getting messy and chaotic... aaaand of course we wipe. I start to get a little bit annoyed, but oh well, let's see if it gets better.
Tank apologizes, telling us his controller was acting weird. Seemed a bit odd to me, since he used CD's and try to get his mobs back when they run off to eat the DPS faces of, but who am I to judge?
We continue our journey with the tank occasionally losing aggro to one of the DPS, on which he reacted with an angry: "Who's getting aggro ffs? -.-" Well buddy, I'm not a tank myself, but maybe, just maaaybe, you're the one who doesn't do his job quite correctly.
Now we get to the fun part. You know the room after the second boss, with the ghosts and skeletons and AOE-crystals? The one where you have to stand in the blue circle again and get hit by at least one AOE of said crystals? Well, my tank was so determined to shut down the blue circles as fast as possible, he pulled the skeletons and the lizard-thingy, ran into the blue circle and let himself get hit by everything. I started spam-healing again, but of course he died.
I was just baffled. Like seriously, that was absolutely stupid. One of the DPS thought the same and mentioned that this would have been the worst idea ever. Guess what our lovely tank did? Instead of taking the blame and realizing that standing in the lizards breath and getting hit by the crystal-AOE at the same time might hurt a little too much, he started to shout at us and how it was our mistake, because we weren't standing in the blue circle with him to shut it down faster.
Luckily he left by himself, maybe because deep down he knew it was him that f'd up most of the time. We got a nice replacement quickly and finished the dungeon without any more aggro-ping-pong and I didn't need to heal at the last boss at all, so that was kinda nice.
