Majority of people already don't know how their class works and they didn't skip.

Well, imagine if they skip it.

Also if someone is planning on doing Extreme or Savage content they will learn their job to do raiding like most people who try to get into raiding, so I can't look at that argument very highly.

Not everyone does it. I cant do raiding because of the free time i have, but i at some times i have seen better healers in level 60 dungueons, for example.

If you have problem with a skip potion with people using it to level multiple jobs then only give one when you buy the Expansion and not in Mogstation and you can only use it on one character and job and it's not account wide so people can't make new characters to insta level.

That... it's a better idea. I still dont like it, but it's something that would work the deal.

Also people will still do Sastasha, Leveling Roulette is still there so that argument falls flat.

I supose that depends on the server we are playing.
