    From my experience buying stuff online, the shipping speed is only for once the item actual enters into the postal system. Did you get confirmation that it shipped out or is it still processing?

    It says validated, but then so does an order placed back in August too xD

    My experience (Amazon, groceries, other random online stores) is when it says "next day delivery", this is the next day following the order being placed.

    This sounds grim. So we just bought a book and paid next-day delivery, but they neglected to mention that they don't actually have any of this brand new item to send us right now? and the status will not change from validated to shipping for some unspecified period of time, could be days or weeks, with no information given to us along the way?
