Cleeng stream service is god awful

Twitch takes a large portion of the revenue I'm guessing. Everything about twitch from my end as a consumer worked very well, so I don't know why they wouldn't be better at it now, two years after the last time they tried.

Ya, that's the problem with a business that becomes to popular, they use that popularity to take a bigger cut, so for SE they would of course want to go with one that gives them the better deal.

Can we expect a change of providers in the Tokyo and EU livestreams?

This is a very good question, I hope that the Tokyo and EU livestreams have services friendly to english speakers, because last time Tokyo's live stream was on Nico Nico Douga and I have NO idea how to navigate that site and absolutely everything is in japanese. I want to be able to get the Lulu minion, so I hope that the stream is accessible to people that can't read japanese.

Really appreciate the effort of responding and efforts to fix it and props to that. But the fact is this shouldn't happened in the first place. And it is not your fault but Cleeng's. The fact it was so easy to bypass the paywall and the intuitive UX that every sane person who spend 5 mins on the platform would had know its seriously subpar compared to all the other alternatives,the fact people are not rquesting refunds it's because of fear getting banned from the game.

Edit: Also i want to add that you have to consider changing providers because people now know how to bypass Cleeng compared to the first few hours of the stream. You will have to consider that this will further cut the amount of people who bought it because the couldn't find a restream. And also people like me will just not buy it if it's on Cleeng. The whole expirience was so bad for me that i will just not give it a second chance. And again not your fault but Cleeng's.

Cannot have subscriber-only streams I imagine, and SE doesn't want people watching the stream for free.

But that doesnt help, if you know how you easily can stream your "monitor Pictures"...
It worked for Las Vegas because User were not prepared for that...
I can guarantee that users will be prepared for next FanFest and sorry Se but you are fighting a lost fight - dont let loyal buyers suffer because of that.

Edit: To SE: You can say the players trusted you to have their interest in view... still knowing that you are a company!
With that move you have lost our trust and thats why players will now be prepared every time and its hard to gain once lost trust back...
