    Well at least this time both genders don't get trousers. I like the minion and I will stock some of those items. Not really much of a fan of the vest but maybe it will look better after I see it on my character (but nice that its there).

    Q: Will there be any maintenance fees or other costs for housing, besides the cost of the land and house?
    A: In older MMOs, such as Ultima Online, there was a house maintenance fee you had to pay weekly, but in FFXIV: ARR we decided against this system. Similarly, these older MMOs also had a system where your house would break down if you didn’t log in after a while in order to have you continue your subscription, but this is a thing of the past and we won't have any system like that.

    Vampire wouldn't/couldn't be a new job.

    A new race, on the other hand ... would be an interesting challenge to gather everything as a miner/botanist for current recipes as a Vampire though, taking all that damage from sunlight ...

    Vampire can come with 4.0 as a sort of curse debuff.
    Similar to confuse, but it don't take control over the character. Instead the player have to attack his partymembers himself or he die.
