I'm thinking the chair mount will probably be a PotD reward. Similar to the flying head thingie

Or like the Queen's hair and locked behind appraisal. Only deeper so you can't just spam 1-10. Or both. Special tokens from 51-200 Horde Chests that have a chance of dropping that you need 10 of.

The specific mention in the live letter about the chair was just after they showed the tunic for Halloween, and I also heard that bit about "last year you got a broom, this year you get a chair" that other people are mentioning. That kind of phrasing would imply the chair is acquired in a similar manner to the broom, but since it's not shown up in any previews I'm a little concerned. There was no mention of other events/plans or any kind of segue into "also look at this that we're working on" that would separate it from the Halloween event, so, I kind of hope we can get a little clarity from the community team about whether that information was correct or not. Either way I guess we'll find out soon.

I was just wondering about that actually. You'd expect the chair to make an appearance in some fashion in the developer preview today, but since it didn't it got me wondering where it is actually going to show up. I could be totally overthinking it though. Here's hoping they're just keeping it a surprise for those who didn't see the letter!
