    The 1.0 movement animations looked better because of animation priority. That's more of a game design choice than a computing power thing.

    Hopefully we will get more options though. More tails and ears and faces and facepaint and everything.

    And butt sliders.

    Ya, but it's not going to be as much as a crutch as people are going to make it out to be. The issue with ps3 is it was like making the game for another Operating System. Even though PS3/PS4 come from sony, making the game is different for both version, hence why it's such a hassle to get backwards compatibility with the recent Playsation aka Ps3 had no Backwards compatibility with PS2 even though they were the "same system".

    Making a workable version for both PS3 and PS4 can easily feel counter intuitive because you are basically "fighting" against the same market of people, the profit margin for supporting both is hurt by having to make the same game twice for different system. At least if they were to jump to Nintendo or Xbox the range of new players they could obtain would be a lot greater than the handful that is grabbed from supporting both PS3/4.

    The physics wasn't the problem. The issues were terrible coding/poor infrastructure/terrible MMORPG design where everything was server based (yes, even opening your menus). Apparently this was due to the fact they outsourced the coding with little time to make changes before release. The performance issues were due to poor optimisation and the fact that everything had far too many polygons. The renderer wasn't great and there was just too much. The physics were only an issue when it came down to the way movement was implemented (i.e there was a noticeable segment between standing still and moving). This can easily be avoided while still improving the quality of animations.

    Actually, 2.0 system requirement is higer than 1.0
    on my previous PC,(E8400, HD5770)
    I've got 30-40fps in 1.0 (2x AA, without the 2x/4x rendering), but only 15-20fps in 2.0,
    I had to upgrade my PC because of that (i7 3770k HD7950, 35-45fps average, now upgraded to GTX1070)
