the girl in red is 98% sure someone with know and her class is not monk, the movement are not fitting, more kick and some attack with her clothes plus her clothing is clearly a dancing attire then.... take a guess.

Please remember it is a prerendered cutscene with a major npc in an exclusive costume and not an in game render using attack animations. Both derplander and the lady-in-red launch similar numbers of punches and kicks. Also she does not attack with her clothes that was an open hand horizontal chop fro her left hand with her sleeve following behind.
