    i just wish they would make attaching materia as a synth. i like to help people, but i would like my success rate to be determined more by my skill used and less on a random luck number generator.

    the system for attaching materia now is even more of a benefit to the people that got capped classes by just botting and never even learned the skills for their classes nor when was the best time to use them. this benefits to hit a button and let the game decide what happens instead of the crafter actually doing the work.

    i just would rather me helping someone depend on the skill. say for example all Mind Materia III started with the same stats and depending on the work put into the craft while synthing it you could go from the basic tier III to the higher end depending on the quality. that would also allow you to put materia into stacks instead of each individual one being different because the base stats were different.

    Just another recommendation about materia system.
    Can Dev change the materia info about which part this materia can attachfrom long and hard-to-read text to some icon instead?

    Eg, head = head symbol
    DoW = weapon symbol
    other DoH = each class icon

    etc.
    So we can easily scan for required part instead of try to find it in the wall of text.

    It's just nice-to-have feature but I know that they "must" implement this attach-by-bazaar first

    Oh hey, look at that. Seems me and my sig weren't all that crazy after all.

    Implying that the minigame is less luck and more skill than a given % is a bit of a stretch. At least Materia is honest with its success rate and doesnt try to fool you into thinking you have any kind of control over the outcome by pressing buttons for 60 seconds to ultimately meet a random luck generator anyway

    This sounds like a system for attaching a first materia to an item, and unless I am mistaken, that can't fail. So a bazaar type system like the current repair system should work just fine. I will be glad to see this feature added. Even when adding additional materia success or failure is random and has nothing to do with the person attempting the materia bonding. Unless I'm mistaken.

    Of course if some anonymous crafter is going to be attaching materia in the "Materia Ward" with no skill involved, then you have to wonder why bother with the crafter requirement. Same arguement goes for repair as it is implemented currently.
