There is a limit, and I'm guessing it's two per group.
I had two in waiting, increased recruit buff on, and didn't get any additional recruits from 4 gold saucer achievements.
I've had 3 stacked. I unfortunately had to dismiss them all as they were repeat roles of ones I already have.
It seems no arcanists want to join my squad most of the time i get lancers or tanks ._. Need 1 to make use of the chemistry trait i got lol
I think it's one from each group now, after playing around with it. I was only able to pop out one at a time with Gold Saucer yesterday.
Any information if it makes a difference when you set 1x tank, 1x heal and 2x DPS than when just sending 4x DPS ?
Somehow i dont trust that calculator, even when it seems accurate...

Doesn't make any difference, each role simply has different attributes.
Healer seems to have most mental, while tanks have most physical, and damage dealers most tactical.
