I agree with the topic. 4 weeks for a chest is stupid, even without crafted stuff you'll probably have a shire chest by then unless your tome chest is garbo.

It's very stupid....because you can get shire pants AND shire chest in 4 weeks, and spend those 4 weeks on A12 drops getting hands and then hands for an alt class.

Or just not doing A12 because it's a pug nightmare.

i'm not poor, the HQ healer body piece i have has my own name on it. are you going to actually keep pretending that it doesn't actually cost anything?

yes, or you could've gotten the Alex chest piece and spent the tomes on the hands. everything is an opportunity cost and the only way opportunity cost matters is if alternatives have a cost as well. the shafts taking 4 weeks to accumulate make all the other alternatives more valuable.

I hate the RNG ruled loot system, I never get what I want and even after Midas weekly drop limitation was abolished I couldn't get the last two shafts I needed for another full set of gear, that was months ago so they're not really useful anymore!...

Thing is, by the time you can finally get stuff it's become irrelevant so SE should consider that and make Alexander (Normal) gear easier to get!...

Really, I spent entire days grinding for Midas (Normal) gear and I'm not willing to do the same again, I'll just gather materials and craft my own gear which albeit slow will end up being way faster than mindless grind!...

It makes the alex chest worthless, as your time is better spent on other alternatives.
