Why do Prototype chest pieces still take 4 weeks to obtain?.

It sort of made sense kinda back in Gordias as there was no crafted pieces and you could obtain a weapon first from tomestones but since Midas it's made no sense at all, you can get a better chest piece in the first week or second week.

Probably too late now but shafts probably should have been obtainable from third floors also.

Gathering classes are a thing ya know, never have to pay that much and you can get tomestone in 2 weeks.

it would've cost you to be able to craft it yourself and the mats aren't free. and because of specialization most crafts can not have all the mats made by yourself. and if you did craft it yourself, using it and not selling it also costs you.

I agree with the topic. 4 weeks for a chest is stupid, even without crafted stuff you'll probably have a shire chest by then unless your tome chest is garbo.

It's very stupid....because you can get shire pants AND shire chest in 4 weeks, and spend those 4 weeks on A12 drops getting hands and then hands for an alt class.

Or just not doing A12 because it's a pug nightmare.

i'm not poor, the HQ healer body piece i have has my own name on it. are you going to actually keep pretending that it doesn't actually cost anything?

yes, or you could've gotten the Alex chest piece and spent the tomes on the hands. everything is an opportunity cost and the only way opportunity cost matters is if alternatives have a cost as well. the shafts taking 4 weeks to accumulate make all the other alternatives more valuable.
