Please stop Ready Checking in front of the bosses

I wish I would play with people like that, outside of my static I always end up with people that never ready check or even use the countdown, nor a pull macro or anything. All the sudden I have the tank run to the boss and pull it, I apply my dots and boom I'm tanking it. Then tanks says, well I wasn't ready. WHY in the f**** are you pulling if you're not ready? I really need to understand people around here lol.

Tanks can do what they want in regards to pulls. You don't control the run. If you want super fast runs make your own party.

Actually, ninja is the pace setter. Tank players need to learn that when we finish our third mudra, it's the signal for the tank to pull. And we have the ability to control the tank, Shadewalker. So you have no power to control the pace when I show up.

I believe if you've blacklisted someone you can't be put into a duty finder with them...
Though, You may have to check if you join a party finder, I'm not sure about that.

You still can get partied up with the person even if he/she is on your blacklist. Same for the PF, different story if he's the former/leader of the party listed in PF. This will be grayed out for you and you won't be able to join until you remove him from your blacklist or someone else becomes the leader of that said party and relists it in pf.

They implemented the countdown feature for us, use it.

Please understand how much damage dealer classes hate this Ready Check pop-up when they're preparing for their opener.

Except for the followup where they specifically said it includes 24 players raids as well. It's not just dungeons.

Didn't see that one. Yeah, it's usually a good idea to ready check in 24mans. But to be fair it's not actually necessary as long as you check the map before starting the countdown to make sure everyone's in the boss room. If you are going to ready check I'd recommend doing it on the way to the boss rather than at it, though.
