Never, AST already covers all his signature skills BUT haste, which is kinda similar to lightspeed tbh.

Lightspeed for AST only and it reduces your damage abilities to zero. So just for spamming heals. Not like Haste at all, you would want your Haste on DRG, MNK, BLM, WHM, etc. BLM with haste, what BLM wouldn't want haste on them?
