When you see someones glamour with non matching boots
"Forcibly kept the griefing player in the party"?So I was informed by the GM there's such a thing as a counterclaim by the grieving player that the party "forcibly kept the griefing player in the party too long instead of kicking." To me, this is a poor policy and only rewards this kind of ridiculous behavior, and honestly could lead to major embarassment for SE if a known quantity such as a Twitch streamer films this in action. The guy that was eventually kicked tried to hide behind this counterclaim when the party initially refused to kick him and wanted him to take the leave penalty.
He chould have left at any time he wanted. He chose to stay there instead of taking the penalty, trying to exploit the system.
It is impossible to keep someone in a duty if they choose to leave.
Technically, from one perspective, kicking him after he refused to take the deserter penalty could be viewed as assisting in exploitative behavior...
