Do the Legacy Servers Have an Elitism Problem?

Item level doesn't equal skill an "elitist" should know better.

Thats the difference between "elitist" and "skilled player".

For Sophia Ex with my twink I had some fears. Could only go as AST, which I had not much focus during the last tier of gear. But it was still working very smooth in i225.

But most PF groups are looking for i245 and up. "Elitist" or "skilled"? Thats not the same

At this point in the game, being a legacy player offers no meaningful benefit over players who signed on for 2.0. You just ran into a dick.

what does the whole situation have to do with legacy servers? this could have happened anywhere anytime. also it is just one occasion. how would you draw the conclusion that all legacy servers have an elitism problem? and on top of that this is no elitism to begin with. it's just an idiot trying to be the best at what he does.

I like to think it's every where but it seems more servers have it harder then others. On Jenova the other night the raiders were complaining how it's so tough to get 7 others to form a group on such a bad server. And that savage was watered down because of all the bad players in the game. Take note that not a single group on Jenova has at any time been a world first, and after a few hours of us so called bads telling the elites that they would have more luck getting groups formed if they actively helped out others in learning content and developing better habits. It would make things so better if there was a system that actually helped with this feature as intended... oh wait.

As much as I love Balmung things get spicy fast lol. Then there's the occasional Trumporzea thing.

People should keep their political agendas out of online communities if they don't want to deal with trolls and people of differing opinions. It would happen on any server, not just Balmung. Calling this elitism makes no sense.
