Put the Chinese dress as a in game reward

All exclusive stuff for other versions as I posted in other threads of a similar nature are designed programed and created by the same dev's that work on ALL versions. The companies who run the KR and CN versions are just front companies to allow easy access to closed markets and provide localized support and marketting and that is all.

I find it odd that this has to be posted in every localization thread. The fact that anyone doesn't know this by now baffles me.
