If I'm not mistaken, Ornate body pieces CAN be traded and sold. This means that they might not be as unavailable as folks might think. A certain percentage of the playerbase WILL manage the three-line win, and many of them will choose to sell the crafter body piece for a mint. There won't be a ton up for sale; probably less than a dozen on a highly-populated server - but for a wealthy crafter, it could be an option.
