They don't get that there are people who were clearing atleast A6s and there were atleast lets say 15 - 20% of them.

Uhm...I haaave my doubts about that, considering...

That's only normal mode "and" with the restriction to active battle class players (otherwise, the number would be even smaller). 15-20% for "any" Savage encounter seems to be a bit of a stretch considering this...
