It seems like a cheaper alternative would simply be hitting 700GP so you can use:

- King's Yield II
- Unearth
- Sharp Vision II

Not a bad idea, but the timing makes that less than ideal. Personally, though I'm not reducing any HQ to NQ, I'm not going out of my way for HQ. The refined materials are not all THAT difficult to HQ, subject to RNG of course, but enough HQ refined materials and the few NQ's won't matter, you'll be able to 100% the finished product easily enough.
