I melded so high on most my gear that the hat was not really needed.. I have a gathering 3 + 2 on it only, and I just melded that so I could hit the +2 gathering bonus (and needed 2 perception for the +30% HQ). DoL always feel so much friendlier than DoH.

so 930G/910P is the stats required to turn on all the different node bonuses. Still trying to find (if possible) the 95%/15% caps.

It seems like a cheaper alternative would simply be hitting 700GP so you can use:

- King's Yield II
- Unearth
- Sharp Vision II

It seems like a cheaper alternative would simply be hitting 700GP so you can use:

- King's Yield II
- Unearth
- Sharp Vision II

Not a bad idea, but the timing makes that less than ideal. Personally, though I'm not reducing any HQ to NQ, I'm not going out of my way for HQ. The refined materials are not all THAT difficult to HQ, subject to RNG of course, but enough HQ refined materials and the few NQ's won't matter, you'll be able to 100% the finished product easily enough.

Not a bad idea, but the timing makes that less than ideal.

The new HQ Watered Cordials - 200GP on a 2 min 6 sec (43 Eorzean Minutes) cooldown - help a lot with timing issues when hitting nodes spaced 2-hours apart. And they are easy enough to craft.

I've always wanted something like them.

I have got the Folklore book for teak logs but my god what is the requirement to even gather it? Like 800 Gp maybe?
Currently i am under 700 without food atm
I have some of the augmented gear and crafted with melds, do not seem to be able to get any (which i would need to craft the new caster gear and such) so do not need for turn ins
