DF Penalty from withdrawing from a party in progress should be removed

Unless your party is braindead, you can easily clear the dungeon with 4 DPS. Or you can start your progress as a healer/tank next time. Queue times would be shorter if more people were to heal and tank.

Used to go healer but now i want my second main's weapon, am I not allowed to ? ^^"
