Agreed Lei. I am giving this game another month but nothing will change. The behaviors have been allowed for too long and instead of bailing on these people and taking the timer, we enable them and do run after run with the same result. I for one am done with it.

Don't let them run you out of the game. You'll find them in every one (especially with party-centered content like what FF14 is set up around.) FF11 was dominated by the "perfectionists", requiring that the party be very specific jobs because that's what they read on the strategy faqs. Vote kick them out and move on.

It's pretty hard to vote kick when they are constantly moving and hitting mobs. The attitudes often come from tanks/heals. Also people tend to not want to kick because it means a wait, especially if it's a tank/heals.
