    What I see coming is simply that there will be EXP differences between lv.50 PL'er and the people getting leveled bad to the point you don't want the lv.50 in the party. Making it so PL can only be useful for healing and outside of party. This is quite fair, and should be executed in this fashion.

    Currently right now, this isn't "Taking time to help people out.". The parties I have been in has been a "You scratch my back, I will scratch yours scenario.". Meaning, people take turns being lv.50 and PL'ing while everyone else AFKs for a period of time. This is not innovative game play, there is no learning curve. I also see content before lv.50 being pointless such as the lv.15 and 25 dungeon.

    I am glad they are already aware of the issue. I am always in favor of a method of PL'ing, but in this case, this is really taking it too far. Don't embrace PL'ing, just leave the door open and look the other way. Telling people to dash through low-mid level content is okay is "not" how they should be setting this up. Hell, why even put levels in? I understand you want friends to catch up, but how many people am I going to see at 50 and not know how to play their class because they were AFK most of the leveling experience?

    Like I said, it looks like everything will be adjusted, but embracing PL'ing is never a good idea.

    SE will over do it, then you can all moan its taking to long to level again..

    Look its over cooked fair enough..
    Not Everyone likes killing mobs over and over again without some actual content..
    Let them get on with it till the patch you do what you enjoy..

    All they need to do is put a penalty on for a player X ranks above claiming to say from 5% at 9 ranks above to 90% penalty at 20/5ranks above?
    An make it so players ahve to do an action against a mob to get Exp. (one mob not all in the chain)

    It wont stop power levelling in some ways, but it will def stop the afk to a large degree, and still let people help each other out. (and PL slower but still affective for those who hate mob grinding tedium)

    Make it so the PLVL being in the party significantly cuts EXP to a point where it's not worth it.
    If helping outside the party, remove the chain/link bonus.

    It would still be possible to help your friend, but it would take more effort than starting an actual party but less effort than soloing. I think that is a happy compromise.

    Edit;
    Scratch that. Just ditch the link/exp bonus when someone is >9 (or >5) ranks higher than you. It would still achieve the above goal.

    Migrating penalty works better, A Fix'd level forces people to work within a set limit,
