Some ingredients to make the glass will likely be necessary. Probably simply Clear Glass Lens.

I have no problem with it being crafted or needing to farm a bunch of mats for it, but my biggest fear is that the larger ones will require multiple Frosted Glass Lenses, which can easily run up to a half million a piece on my server.

I'm not sure a frosted lens would make sense since you wouldn't be able to see the fish. There's also Belah'dian glass and crystal glass. I think crystal glass may be in the running of those.
