More Item Slots for Housing!

I'm not sure about anyone else, but to me, it feels like housing needs the ability to add more items to them, both inside and outside.

For example, I believe the current setup is something like this:
Small House: 100 items inside/20 items outside.
Medium House: 150 items inside/30 items outside.
Large House: 200 items inside/40 items outside.

I find that a bit too little, especially with Medium and Large housing and would prefer it if it was increased, even a little bit to something like:
Small House: 125 items inside/25 items outside.
Medium House: 200 items inside/40 items outside or even 175 items inside/35 items outside.
Large House: 300 items inside/55 items outside or even 275 items inside/45 items outside.

I may be the only one who feels like my creativity gets a bit limited by the current system, but I've noticed with Large houses that it can be difficult to fill in all the space and even Medium homes can have this problem as well.

I for one, agree with you. They need to consider updating the item limit for housing, especially since they’ve just opened up four new housing wards.

I completely agree with you deary. My best friend and I both agree with the current system our creativity gets limited.

For instance, I really love how my home is decorated as though it's an actual house (living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms upstairs, man cave in the basement for the husband). The only issue is my walls are empty and there are no basic decorations (like plushies, flower vases, food, etc) to make the home look lived in, or how I would have my spaces in RL. My bedroom and guest rooms are pretty plain and lack personalization, because all the main furnishings take up the allowance. And my poor hubby can't finish his man cave because I took most of the allowance for the other two floors. There's so much more we'd love to do, but can't...

100% agree. Please just give us 300 items for Medium houses, thanks! Everyone's houses look so bare.

Completely agree! I was one of the lucky ones to get a house recently and I've wasted so much money and time on not being able to display what ive got. 20 items outside is far to limited, I've not decorated the inside yet but I'm already spending more time on planning that than I did the garden. Maybe if key type items such as gardening, stable, aethryte thing didn't count against it??

add more capacity to private chambers too and allow us to have more than 2 flower pots, I tried gardening its a great addition, would be nice to be able to cross gardening in a Private Chamber

I have slowly upgraded from small to medium and finally mansion.

Small wasn't too limited for item limit, Medium I had to block off an entire floor just to get the detail I wanted on the other 2 floors.
Now with a mansion it is extremely noticeable just how little item limit they offer.

omg...I decorated the little platform area of the mansion where the stairs split and detailed how I would in any other game. I tossed a few pieces into the upper floor rooms to use later...and poof I am already at 115/200

I nearly fainted..lolol how incredibly low of an item limit.

300 will not cut it at all...we need at least 400 for mansions to accommodate accent lighting etc..and that's at minimum!

I would say double item limit for Medium and triple it for Large.

It is sad I will have to once again block floors off just so the one left looks complete. I love to decorate but am starving for item limit. I haven't tried the outside yet, but looks really low too. :mad

I agree with increasing the housing item limits on all house types.

Considering how long it takes exterior furnishings to load while birding around the wards, I think the outdoor limit has to do with capping the graphic load?

Agree with addz3, at the least make aetheryte not a furnishing, just be a decor of the plot, like the doors to workshop/chambers are in the interiors. I'm willing to sacrifice my ability to move the aetheryte aroun (and stables + garden for that matter) to gain 3 more outdoor furnishing spots.

that's 3 more trees! @_@
