I feel like the same argument is being used here that Paladin has suffered through since the dawn of time. Many classes can stun, but doesn't mean they should. While this isn't the perfect update for DRK, it can still be useful if the rest of the team is mindful of their liberal use of bind.

On another note, I see DRK gaining a bit of synergy with certain jobs, namely casters and SCH/AST. My friends I and I will likely try plenty when custom games hit.
