So... the absolute best thing added to this patch is that healer buff.
LB3 no longer gives weakness. Finally. The amount of QoL in this patch is awesome so far.

Most of this stuff sounds pretty awesome, but I'm just a bit disappointed at the changes involving the highlander emote. Don't get me wrong, that they're getting a new unique one is absolutely long overdue, but did they really have to give the old one to everyone? That just strips the Hildy emote of its uniqueness instead.
Oh and:
Yeah, I've always thought that made the healer lb a bit less... "Limit Break" than it could have been.

I thought everyone got that emote from a quest or something, which is what spurred them to give highlanders a unique emote. (I may be wrong on this, as I barely remember what i once read on this subject long ago)Most of this stuff sounds pretty awesome, but I'm just a bit disappointed at the changes involving the highlander emote. CLAIRE PENDRAGON
There's 1 note I don't like: "When accessing shortcuts or returning from being incapacitated after an instance is completed, players will be moved to the exit"
Completely unnecessary since you can hit leave from the menu when the dungeon is done with no penalty. I submitted a suggestion a while ago in game they update the wording to make that more clear too.
And if my party doesn't want to go run to the side for the demon brick minion chest in AK is it really that bad of an idea for me to want to go grab it after people who don't care have left?
So now you're going to at least occasionally get people who will run off to those things slowing runs down because now that's the only way to get them.
And for what? To stop the minor annoyance of sticking around after a dungeon only to find out someone else had the same idea? lol
They should've just made it an option.
AST & PLD buffs are weird. AST's will be effective for sure, especially the change to Balance (20% jeez), but PLD's is kinda hard to gauge. Obviously it doesn't fix PLD but it could bring it up to DRK DPS levels as long as it spends tons of time in SwO.
Other stuff ranges from bleh to meh to alright.
e: Oh yeah, the healer LB3 buff is pretty cool too. Better hope they didn't give us hard mechanics we can just sac to this raid tier though... ( ' - '
Just sad they didn't address the bulk of the recent complaints here about them still being terrible for dungeon runs. #giveflashtraitdamageplsAST & PLD buffs are weird. Is it really the only way they can think of to fix PLD ?
I don't understand...PLD is supposed to be "the tank that mitigates" and WAR, "the tank that does damage", yet all they do to make PLD more desirable is to improve its raw DPS...
They got confused and gave it to AST. Bole is essentially a long tank CD now.
But I'm guessing they're trying to help PLD do better in OT spot?
/facepalm
Tons of use in PuGs
